Not at all! Our experience is designed for all levels, from complete beginners to seasoned tea enthusiasts. Your host will guide you through every step, ensuring you feel comfortable and engaged throughout the session.
We recommend comfortable, modest clothing in muted colours. You'll be seated on cushions on the floor, so loose-fitting trousers or a long skirt work well. Please remove your shoes upon entering the tea room. Since our experience includes a walk through the tea garden, we also recommend wearing comfortable closed-toe shoes suitable for light outdoor walking.

Our main tea room is accessible via a ground-level entrance. We can also arrange seating accommodations for guests who may have difficulty sitting on the floor. Please let us know your requirements when booking.
We offer full refunds for cancellations made at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. Cancellations within 24 hours may be rescheduled subject to availability. Please contact us if you have any concerns about your booking.
